Duluth Bear with me: a stuffed animal workshop

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a fully jointed teddy bear from start to finish while building core plush-making skills you can use again and again. Guided step by step, we’ll cover the entire process of constructing a stuffed animal, from working with specialty fabrics to assembling movable parts.
You’ll gain experience sewing three-dimensional shapes, handling soft Cuddle fabric, and installing plastic safety eyes and jointed limbs to give your bear personality and poseability.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with an adorable handmade teddy bear and a strong foundation in stuffed animal design and construction. Whether you’re new to plush making or looking to expand your sewing skills, this class offers a fun, creative, and rewarding introduction to the art of making stuffed animals.
