Happy Blooms, the latest collection from Sue Penn Designs, will make you smile and brighten your day! Sue created huge flowers for the main pattern, Blooms, and put them on a black background so they would pop visually and stand out in a quilt, and the coordinating patterns are reminiscent of the bright colors at a carnival or a fair. The tone-on-tone pulls out the colors in all patterns and ties the collection together.
