Since the founding of the company in the 70ies, our name has been a guarantee for unique design and high quality.
In the 80ies, we started to specialize in fabrics used for Patchwork and Quilting and quickly felt the inclination to create our own designs.
In 1998, we began to travel the world in search of ideas and inspiration for our own designs. While we were travelling, we found - especially in Japan - an abundance of colours and shapes that we simply had to translate into our own designs. Starting from this point, our very first Japanese Yarn Dyed collection was born, and from then on, we just went on and on making our own designs.
The passion and love we have for beautiful design and high-quality fabrics have always kept us going. Little by little, a unique selection of our own designs was created:

- Woven Japanese
- Pure linen
- Christmas fabrics
- Home Decoration
- Children’s fabrics
And while our collections kept developing, our designs went worldwide! In 2014, we decided to make fabrics for interior and clothing, while still continuing to make patchwork fabrics. Our Avalana Jersey was an immediate success - especially our Jersey designs for kids. When designing, we keep an open mind and listen to wishes and inspiration from our customers - I guess you can say that we create it together! All over Europe, several sales representatives and distributors make sure that our customers are visited, and our office team serves everybody in multiple languages.
We still travel to Japan and Korea to keep the close contact with the printers and ensure the good quality and colouring of our fabrics.
Our goal is to keep making high-quality fabrics with beautiful designs. We hope that you will enjoy our fabrics as much as we enjoy making them!
